Ordering is quick and simple

1. Fill in and confirm your order contact details and accept the Online Service agreement.
2. Verify your email by entering a verification code that we send you. This is an important step for secure onboarding.
3. We will process your order during office hours CET. You will then receive an order confirmation by email with details on how to activate your account.

Account activation

1. Choose a personal password for your account and log in as a first user to get started.
2. Fill in the invoicing details and decide on a Secondary password to protect your account.
3. Start exploring the tool and invite more colleagues to join.
4. You will be contacted by our implementation team for support.

We offer you a free 10-day trial to test the complete service and make sure that it works for your organisation. The license period and invoicing automatically start 10 days after the order is placed and you will be invoiced annually.

You have the right to cancel your order at no cost by emailing us at contact@old.whistleb.swace.se within the free trial period.
